Refunds/Cancellations Policy
We have a 7-day Refunds/Cancellations Policy only on un-opened items. Also please ensure that while returning the items are packed properly so that the original packing of the product is not damaged in transit. The return shipping charges needs to be borne by the customer. In case of damage to the original packaging or the goods Shivika reserves the right to determine a fair value of the product on return and the same shall be binding on both parties. For goods bought on discount the return will be through Shivika Gift coupons/certificates. Shivika charges a restocking fee of 40% of the order total on all returned orders and all shipping charges are non-refundable.
For goods bought on MRP, we will refund the money the way the payment was made. If the payment was by Credit Card or Net-Banking, we will refund the Credit Card or Net-Banking account.
The refund process will be initiated once we have received the product(s). Typically refunds are processed in less than 5-7 working days and credit the amount to the customers bank account.
